Carole Brookins

Carole Brookins is a managing director at Public Capital Advisors. She previously served as the U.S. Executive Director to the World Bank from 2001 to 2005. She has also served on the North American Agribusiness Advisory Board of Rabobank International. Among her many honors, Ms. Brookins was awarded the Merite Agricole medal by the French government and honored as the 2003 “Woman of the Year.”  Carole resides in Paris.

In Memoriam: The Honorable Carole Brookins

On March 23, 2020, Carole passed away from the Corona virus, but not her spirit, a light to us and many others. Carole’s spirit remains with us that were blessed to know her personally, professionally and publicly. She was a true mentor and guide in business and life. We wont forget her.
